Rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, Plugrá European butter, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder (aluminum~free), yeast, whey protein powder, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, salt.
Filling
Fresh apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, salt.
Finish
Cinnamon + sugar.
Frying Fat
100% beef tallow.

• Oven or toaster oven: 325–350°F for 2–4 minutes
• Air fryer: 300–320°F for 1–3 minutes
