📋 Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we only accept returns or offer refunds for defective products. To be eligible for a refund, the remaining uneaten product must be returned to us packaged so we can investigate the issue at an offsite location! 🔬
To ensure our kitchen remains completely gluten-free and 100% celiac-safe, we cannot accept product exchanges once an order has left our location. 🛑 We maintain strict allergen guidelines regarding what enters our facility, and because we cannot verify the environment our food has been exposed to once it leaves our hands, all sales are final upon departure.
