All material, branding, recipes, product names, images, website code, and content offered on this website, store pages, or created in the course of our business operations are the exclusive property of our business.

• Proprietary Recipes & Processes: All proprietary formulations, baking processes, and business methods are strictly confidential.
• Employee & Contractor Work Product: Any recipes, designs, marketing materials, or assets created, developed, or contributed to by current or former employees, contractors, or associates during their time with our business are legally classified as "Work for Hire" and remain the sole intellectual property of the business.
• Former Employees & Associates: Former employees, contractors, and past associates are strictly prohibited from using, duplicating, sharing, or profiting from our proprietary recipes, brand assets, or operational trade secrets.
• No Unauthorized Resale: Purchasing our products for unauthorized commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Action: Any copyright infringement, unauthorized use of our intellectual property, or illicit resale of our products will result in immediate termination of service and aggressive prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Kitchen Safety & Allergen Assurance

Our facility operates as a strictly dedicated gluten-free and celiac-safe environment. We do not have any gluten in the building - not now, not ever! 🌾❌

Because we maintain the highest safety guidelines regarding what enters our space, we cannot verify or guarantee the environment our food is exposed to once it leaves our physical possession. For the health and safety of our entire celiac community, all sales are final upon departure from our pickup or delivery locations. We cannot accept product exchanges once an order has left our hands.

4. Perishable Goods, Order Ahead & Hold Policy 🧁

Because our products are handcrafted fresh to order and contain absolutely no artificial preservatives, fresh is always best!

• Holds & Unclaimed Orders: Food can be held if you miss your window, but it breaks our heart! We do our absolute best to make sure everything is fresh and delicious for you when you receive it.
• Perishability: Baked goods not claimed within a reasonable timeframe cannot be held indefinitely or refunded, as they are highly perishable and their quality will decline without preservatives.
• Payment: All "order ahead" requests require full payment at checkout to secure your fresh ingredients and baking slot.

5. Return Policy & Defective Products 🔬

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we only accept returns or offer refunds for defective products. To be eligible for a refund, the remaining uneaten product must be returned to us packaged so we can investigate the issue at an offsite location.

6. Limitation of Liability & Account Termination

We reserve the right to deny service, cancel orders, or terminate website access for any user who abuses the rules set forth in this agreement. Our total liability for any claim regarding a purchase will not exceed the total price paid for that specific order.
