How to Get Our Delicious Baled Gluten-free Goodies!
🥵🥵The summer months will be TOO HOT to maintaine the quality of our products at the Farmer's Markets. We will be opening our kitchen storefront and will be serving our fresh baked items and coffee there at 630 Ralph Ablanedo Drive in Austin. You can also reach out the day of to try to get some of our market items brought to Round Rock later.
🚨MAY 9TH WE WILL HAVE A DEMONSTRATION AT PEOPLE'S PHARMACY AT NORTH LAMAR! WE WILL BE SERVING HOT SAMPLES AND THERE WILL BE EXCLUSIVE DEALS THERE ONLY!! STAY TUNED!

KITCHEN PICK-UP: Curbside pick-up is available at our kitchen (630 Ralph Ablenado Dr. Bldg 2 Kitchen 7) from 11:00 - 1:00 PM Wednesday- Saturday. Preorders required. ROUND ROCK PICK UP: Pick-up is available in Round Rock between 4:00 and 7:00PM **NEAR** CVS at 800 W Old Settler's Blvd. Preorders required!

BARTON CREEK FARMER'S MARKET: Find us on most Saturdays from 9:00 - 1:00 at the BCFM in the parking lot at Barton Square Mall. No preorder is necessary unless you want something specific that may sell out!
DOMAIN FARMER'S MARKET: Most Sundays from 12:00 - 4:00 across from Bath & Bodyworks in the Domain. No preorder is required unless you're worried we will sell out of some items! Sunday seems to be a big stocking day for some of our wonderful customers and we do sell out of items quickly! There is free parking close by in the Dillard's parking lot.

PEOPLE'S PHARMACY: Peoples Pharmacy stocks croissants, ready-to-bake biscuits, toaster pastries, bagels, hamburger buns, pumpkin bread, zucchini muffins, brownies, snack mix, cinnamon rolls, carrot cake slices, and chocolate chip cookies at all of their locations seven days a week.

Blissful Buns owners Jason and Lori Land have long had a passion for creating good food that everyone can enjoy, including those with gluten sensitivities. Jason is a professionally trained Le Cordon Bleu graduate chef who was the former head baker and kitchen manager for the Peoples Pharmacy kitchen, where he oversaw the daily preparation of high quality sweets and savories that were primarily gluten free, dairy free and organic. After leaving Peoples he started his own private chef business that carried on in the Peoples tradition before joining the Dream Bakery team. When Dream Bakery owner Karen announced that she was relocating to California to be closer to family, he knew he wanted to keep the dream alive, and so Blissful Buns was born to continue serving the gluten free community in Austin and the surrounding areas. Our recipes are a combination of Dream Bakery favorites such as croissants, cinnamon rolls and donuts as well as Jason's own creations (including his mind-blowing chicken pot pie). They are prepared in a 100% dedicated gluten free commercial kitchen so you can trust that everything is celiac safe as well as delicious. We stand by everything we make, so if you are ever disappointed drop us a line and we will make it right (please be prepared to return the uneaten portion so we can troubleshoot). Enjoy!
