Our gluten-free bagels are boiled and baked the traditional way for that iconic glossy chew, with a soft, bouncy interior that feels like a real NYC-style bagel ~ no grit, no crumble, no weird GF texture.

Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, deli-style lunches, pizza bagels, or toasted with butter or cream cheese. They freeze beautifully and reheat like they were just baked.

Bagel Dough: Cold tap water, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, psyllium powder, golden flax meal, sugar, instant yeast, salt, apple cider vinegar.
Boiling Solution: Water, molasses, baking soda, sea salt.

Toppings:
• Plain: No topping
• Sesame: Toasted sesame seeds
• Everything: Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, coarse sea salt
