Brisket Beef Wellington with Duxelles (Portabella Mushrooms)

Gluten-free croissant made by hand with our rice flour blend and European butter filled with mushroom duxelles* and slow-smoked brisket!

Duxelles is a flavorful French mushroom condiment that is traditionally made by slowly cooking finely chopped mushrooms, shallots or onions, herbs, and black pepper in butter until it reaches a paste-like consistency.

Beef Wellington is a baked steak dish of English origin, made out of filet steak, or beef brisket in our case, and duxelles and wrapped in pastry like our butter croissants! A delicious combination of flavors!

Reheat in the oven or toaster oven at 350 degrees, or use the air fryer for a few minutes. Ideally, avoid using the microwave for gluten-free food.
