Using our own homemade chicken bone broth we have created a heart warming treat for the cold season ahead. Our chicken and dumplings is like no other. Using all fresh and local ingredients and of course 100% gluten free!!
Very quick and easy to prepare! You want to let the dumpling warm up a little on the counter top. From the refrigerator, just while you're waiting for the soup to boil. From the freezer, at least 10-15 minutes. Heat up the soup in a pot on the stove top. Once it starts boiling drop the dumplings in and stir. It will take approximately 20-40 seconds for a gas burner and approximately 2-3 minutes for an electric burner. You'll see the dumplings get fluffy and float to the top.
