The original Blissful Buns classic. Crisp edges, chewy centers, and generously loaded with rich Callebaut 811 semisweet chocolate.

Each large gluten~free cookie is hand mixed with Plugrá European butter, brown and cane sugars, pure vanilla, and our house gluten~free bread flour blend.

Simple, honest ingredients and dangerously good.

Made in our 100% dedicated gluten~free commercial kitchen.

Authentic Foods Steve’s Gluten~Free Bread Flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, vegetable fiber including cellulose and psyllium, yeast, millet, sugar, salt, emulsifier blend, ascorbic acid, sunflower lecithin),
Callebaut 811 chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor),
pure vanilla extract, sea salt, baking soda.
