I know a lot of us have gotten used to saying that something is “good*” (*for gluten free) but this bakery is just plain good, no caveat necessary. Like, I nearly panicked thinking that maybe it wasn’t labeled correctly because it was So. Good. Croissants that are actually flakey. Who knew such bliss was possible?!

Indulge in our hand-crafted gluten-free croissant, made with a special blend of rice flour and European butter, and filled with rich couverture chocolate!
These croissants freeze beautifully, so feel free to stock up! Reheat in the oven or toaster oven at 350 degrees, or use the air fryer for a few minutes. Ideally, avoid using the microwave for gluten-free food.
