It does not freeze well and is not available for shipping.

Rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, Plugrá European butter, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder (aluminum free), yeast, whey protein powder, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, salt.

Fillings
Cream cheese, corn free powdered sugar, vanilla extract.
Chocolate versions include chocolate.
Fruit fillings vary by flavor and season.

No seed oils. No preservatives. No artificial flavors.

❄️ Storage & Serving

This pastry is best treated like a true croissant.

• Croissant texture is best within 3 days refrigerated
• After day 3, filling remains good for an additional 1–2 days, but flake will soften
• Store refrigerated at all times
• Warm gently before serving

Reheating
• Oven or toaster oven: 325–350°F for a few minutes until warm
• Air fryer: low heat for 2–4 minutes
• Do not microwave
