Each tray contains 8 raw rolls, handmade in our dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen in South Austin.

🔥 Thaw & Bake Instructions (RAW Rolls)

Keep frozen until ready to bake.

1. Thaw

• Thaw in the fridge overnight or
• Thaw at room temperature until soft enough to rise

2. Rise (Recommended)

• 20–40 minutes at room temperature
• Rolls should feel slightly puffy

3. Bake

• Preheat oven to 350°F
• Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden and cooked through
• Interior should be soft, not doughy

4. Optional Finishes

• Brush with melted butter
• Sprinkle with flaky sea salt

Serving

• Best served warm
• Refrigerate leftovers or freeze for later
