Each tray contains 8 raw, handmade rolls.

🧾 Ingredients

Authentic Foods Steve’s Non~GMO Bread Flour
(rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, vegetable fiber [cellulose, psyllium], millet, sugar, salt, yeast, emulsifier [polyglycerol esters of fatty acids + mono/diglycerides], sunflower lecithin, ascorbic acid),
milk, water, eggs, Plugrá European butter, sugar, salt.

🔥 Thaw & Bake Instructions (RAW Rolls)

Keep frozen until ready to bake.

1️⃣ Thaw

• In fridge: overnight
• OR room temp: until soft enough to rise

2️⃣ Rise

• Let sit 20–40 minutes until slightly puffy
• Warmer kitchens rise faster

3️⃣ Bake

• Preheat oven to 350°F
• Bake 18–22 minutes
• Rolls should be golden, soft inside, fully cooked (no doughy centers)

4️⃣ Optional

• Brush with melted butter
• Sprinkle flaky sea salt

❄️ Storage

• Keep raw rolls frozen
• After baking: refrigerate 3–5 days, or freeze

Storage Note:
Anything past ~3 days is happiest in the freezer — thaw fully + warm gently.
