Rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, Plugrá European butter, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder (aluminum free), yeast, whey protein powder, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, salt.
Filling
Sliced ham, cheddar cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes)

Warm gently for best flake and cheese melt.
• Oven or toaster oven: 325–350°F for 4–6 minutes
• Air fryer: 300–320°F for 3–5 minutes

• Refrigerate to extend freshness
• Freeze for longer storage
• Thaw fully before reheating
