Lemon 🍋 Cake Slice with Glaze

A slice of our delicious lemon cake made with Meyer Lemon Zest with a luxurious glaze on top.

Ingredients: Meyer Lemon zest, lemon extract, sugar, eggs, Plugra butter, sour cream, lemon juice, water, Authentic Foods Steve’s Cake Flour (rice flour, potato, tapioca flour, plant fiber (psyllium, cellulose) emulsifier (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids from vegetable fat, mono and diglycerides from plant origin), salt, baking soda, baking powder and pure vanilla extract.

Glaze: Powdered sugar, corn syrup, salt, lemon zest and pure vanilla
