Choose between our pre-shaped deep dish crust or our flat rolled crust that you can fit into your own pan.

âś… Option 1: 9-Inch Deep Dish Crust (In the Pan)

Comes fully shaped and ready to par-bake.

A rolled-out, ready-to-shape crust for your own pie dish.
Perfect for decorative edges, lattice, and double-crust pies.

âś… Par-Bake Instructions (Highly Recommended!)

Deep Dish Crust (In the Pan):

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove crust from packaging and place the pan on a baking sheet.
  3. Optional: lightly dock the bottom with a fork.
  4. Par-bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges just begin to set.
  5. Allow the crust to cool slightly (5–10 minutes).
  6. Add your filling and continue baking per your recipe instructions.

Flat Rolled Crust (No Pan):

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Gently unroll crust and place into your pie dish.
  3. Trim or crimp edges as desired.
  4. Dock the bottom with a fork.
  5. Par-bake for 8–10 minutes, or until lightly set.
  6. Allow the crust to cool (5–10 minutes).
  7. Add your filling and continue baking per your recipe.
Letting the par-baked crust cool helps prevent sogginess! Especially important for pumpkin, custard, pecan, and other wet fillings.
