Gluten~free cake flour blend (rice flour, cornstarch, potato starch, tapioca flour, plant fiber, emulsifier from vegetable fat),

Par baking is highly recommended for best results.

Crust in the Pan
1ļøāƒ£ Preheat oven to 375°F
2ļøāƒ£ Remove plastic and place pan on a baking sheet
3ļøāƒ£ Optional but helpful: dock the bottom with a fork
4ļøāƒ£ Par bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set
5ļøāƒ£ Cool 5–10 minutes, then add filling and continue baking per recipe

Flat Rolled Crust
1ļøāƒ£ Preheat oven to 375°F
2ļøāƒ£ Gently place crust into pie pan
3ļøāƒ£ Trim or crimp edges
4ļøāƒ£ Dock bottom with a fork
5ļøāƒ£ Par bake 8–10 minutes
