🔥 Par-Bake Instructions (Highly Recommended)

Crust in the Pan (Standard Pie Pan)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Remove plastic; place pan on baking sheet
  3. Optional: Dock bottom with fork
  4. Par-bake 10–12 minutes until edges set
  5. Cool 5–10 minutes
  6. Add filling + bake per your recipe

Flat Rolled Crust (No Pan)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Unroll gently into your pie pan
  3. Trim or crimp edges
  4. Dock bottom with fork
  5. Par-bake 8–10 minutes
  6. Cool 5–10 minutes, then fill + continue baking

Why par-bake?
Prevents sogginess and helps the crust stay crisp — especially for pumpkin, pecan, custard, quiche, and juicy fruit pies.
