A crisp, buttery gluten free apple turnover made from our hand laminated croissant dough, filled with our house made apple cinnamon filling, and fried in 100% beef tallow for unmatched texture and flavor.
Golden, flaky, lightly caramelized, and dusted in warm cinnamon sugar while still hot. Classic, cozy, and seriously satisfying.

Rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, PlugrĆ” European butter, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder, yeast, whey protein powder, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, salt.

Finish
Cinnamon and sugar.

From room temperature
- Oven or toaster oven: 325 to 350Ā°F for 2 to 4 minutes
- Air fryer: 300 to 320Ā°F for 1 to 3 minutes

- Then reheat using the times above
