Our gluten-free bagels are boiled and baked the traditional way for that glossy chew and bouncy NYC-style interior — no grit, no crumble, no weird gluten-free texture.

Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, deli lunches, pizza bagels, or simply toasted with butter or cream cheese. They freeze beautifully and reheat like they were just baked.

📦 Ingredients

Bagel Dough
Cold tap water, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, psyllium powder, golden flax meal, sugar, instant yeast, salt, apple cider vinegar

Boiling Solution
Water, molasses, baking soda, sea salt

Toppings
• Plain - none
• Sesame - toasted sesame seeds
• Everything - sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, coarse sea salt

No preservatives. No artificial flavors. No seed oils.

Plain bagels do not contain sesame.

🔥 Reheating Instructions

From frozen (best texture)
• Oven or toaster oven: 350°F for 10-12 minutes
• Air fryer: 325°F for 3-6 minutes
Then slice and toast if desired.

From thawed
• Slice and toast until warm and lightly crisp.

Gluten-free bagels reheat best from frozen because the steam released during heating restores softness and bounce.

❄️ Storage
• Refrigerate up to 5 days
• Freeze up to 3 months (airtight)
• Slice after thawing for the cleanest cut
• If not eating within three days, it's best to freeze.
