🧁 About These Biscuits
Soft, fluffy, golden biscuits you bake fresh at home for that just out of the oven experience.
These are tender, buttery, and shockingly gluten free when baked properly. No grit, no crumble, and no weird dry texture.
Important: thaw completely before baking. Baking from frozen will produce dense biscuits (we learned the hard way).

📦 Ingredients
Gluten free biscuit flour blend (white rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch, whey protein powder, potato starch, xanthan gum), Plugrá European butter, sour cream, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, sparkling water, salt.
No seed oils. No artificial flavors. No preservatives.

🔥 Baking Instructions
Thaw First for Best Results
Do not bake from frozen.
Oven
- Thaw until soft and no longer icy
- Preheat oven to 400 to 425°F
- Place on parchment lined tray
- Bake 12 to 16 minutes until golden
- Optional: brush with melted butter after baking
Dumpling Tip: thaw, pinch, and drop gently into simmering broth.
❄️ Storage
Keep frozen until ready to thaw and bake.
Best texture within 1 to 2 months.
After baking, refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
If not eating within three days after baking, it is best to freeze.
