Try our new recipe today! We took out the psyllium husk, which resulted in a fluffy, real bread. It is no longer a heavy log - it is light, fresh, and fluffy! This dairy-free brioche loaf delivers everything people love about classic brioche, handcrafted for a texture that stays beautiful whether fresh, frozen, or reheated.

📦 Ingredients

Our custom blend of tapioca starch, brown rice flour, and certified gluten-free oat flour, sugar, eggs, water, salt, yeast, xanthan gum, baking powder, olive oil.

No preservatives. No artificial flavors.

🔥 Reheating & ❄️ Storage

• Freshness: Keeps at room temperature in an airtight container for 1 to 2 days.
• Freezing Tip: We highly recommend slicing your loaf before freezing so you can easily pull out exactly what you need!
• 💡 Pro Tip: Freeze the fresh loaf for 20 to 30 minutes before slicing to get perfectly clean, bakery-style slices! 🔪
• Important Thawing Note: Always let your slice or full loaf thaw completely at room temperature before heating. Heating directly from frozen can negatively change the delicate texture, making it gummy.

Once Fully Thawed:

• For a Slice: Toast lightly or warm in a toaster oven at 300°F for 2–3 minutes until soft.
• For a Full Loaf: Wrap loosely in foil and warm in the oven at 300 to 325°F for 3 to 5 minutes to restore that signature soft, bouncy brioche texture. 🌡️

Because we bake everything fresh to order from scratch without preservatives, all order ahead requests must be placed by 6 PM the day before pickup or shipping. Please note that orders placed late in the evening may not be available for early morning pickup the following day to allow us the time needed to bake your items fresh! 🕒✨
