Our famous gluten free cronuts start with our signature laminated croissant dough made with rich European Plugrá butter.
Each one is carefully layered, cut, fried the old school way in 100% beef tallow, then finished with a sweet glaze or topping.
Flaky, tender, lightly crisp on the outside and soft inside, these are the treats that make people do a double take when they hear they are gluten free. ✨
