🍩 When our butter croissants and donuts fell in love… cronuts happened! 😍🍩🥐💘 Our famous gluten-free cronuts start with our signature laminated croissant dough made with rich European Plugrá butter. Each one is carefully layered, cut, fried the old-school way in 100% beef tallow, then finished with a sweet glaze or topping. Flaky, tender, lightly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, these are the treats that make people do a double-take when they hear they are gluten-free. Handcrafted in our 100% dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen. 🌾✨

Note: Chocolate glazes, sprinkles, and candy toppings contain soy and artificial colors.

📦 Ingredients

Cronut Dough: Non-GMO rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, Plugrá European butter, whole milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, salt. 🥖🧈🥚

Glaze: Corn-free powdered sugar (tapioca starch), water, vanilla, salt, lemon juice. 🍋

Frying Medium: 100% pure Westin beef tallow. 🥩

No seed oils! No preservatives! No artificial flavors in the base dough! 🙅‍♀️

Because we fry these fresh, all order ahead requests must be placed by 6 PM (sometimes orders close earlier) the day before your planned pickup or delivery to ensure we can include them in our scratch-baking schedule. 🕕✨

Entrance Details: We do Round Rock pickups through the week right at our kitchen! While our address is 206 B Laurel Drive, the entrance requires you to stay straight where the road curves. We are located at the very end of the street—look for the beautiful blue building on the right with plenty of parking! Pickup times are flexible with advance notice. 🚗💨

Exact Location: We are located at the back side of the Barton Creek Square Mall parking lot overlooking the city, right at the intersection of Mopac (Loop 1) and Loop 360. 🎪

🎯 How to Find Our Tent: There are two entrances to the market area: one on the end and one in the middle that features three stop signs. Enter through that middle entrance and turn left. We are located just a few tents down on the right side in the middle aisle. We almost always have our yellow tablecloths!

💡 Insider Tip: Sometimes our tent gets hidden from view because our customer line blocks our main sign. Just keep an eye out for our signature yellow tablecloths! 🌟

Ordering ahead on the website is highly recommended to lock in your favorite flavors!

🚀 Houston Delivery Runs & Regional Meetups

We deliver to Sugar Land, The Galleria, The Woodlands, San Antonio, New Braunfels etc! If we get enough deliveries to an area we will plan a trip! Meetup times are confirmed with each customer on delivery day. We also coordinate convenient meetup options in Austin, Georgetown, and surrounding areas by request. 🚙🗺️

📦 Shipping

Shipping is available, though these are best enjoyed fresh. If shipping, we recommend enjoying your cronuts as soon as possible after arrival for the best texture. ✈️📦
