Non GMO rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, Plugrá European butter, whole milk, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, whey protein powder, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, baking powder, yeast, salt.
Glaze
Powdered sugar, water, vanilla, salt, lemon juice.
Fried In
100% beef tallow
Toppings
Chocolate glaze, sprinkles, candy toppings, or gluten free Oreo cookies depending on flavor.

These donuts are best enjoyed the same day they are made for peak soft, fresh-fried texture.
They are still tasty the next morning, just not peak fresh-fried magic. Freezing is possible, but texture will be denser after thawing.
📦 Shipping available, but please note: because these are fresh yeast-raised donuts, they will not arrive with the exact just-fried texture. For the full bakery experience, local pickup is recommended when possible.
