šŸ”„ Basic Baking Instructions (Easy Method)

Blind Bake for cream pies or no-bake fillings

  1. Keep crust cold until baking.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Dock bottom lightly with a fork.
  4. Bake 18 to 22 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Cool completely before adding filling.

🄧 For Pies Baked With Filling

  1. Keep crust cold until filling is ready.
  2. Fill as usual.
  3. Bake according to your pie recipe, typically:
    • Pumpkin: 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes
    • Pecan: 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes
    • Fruit pies: 375°F for about 50 minutes
  4. If edges brown too fast, loosely cover with foil halfway through.
  5. Cool fully before slicing.

⭐ Optional Advanced Blind Bake (For Extra Crisp Edges)

  1. Keep crust cold.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Dock crust.
