A true artisan gluten free sourdough loaf, slow fermented for real tang, a tender interior, and a beautifully crusty exterior. This isn’t "bread flavored" foam: it’s a traditional ferment built on our 3-year-old aged sourdough starter.
By using simple whole grain flours, a touch of whey, and a slow fermentation process, we deliver an authentic sourdough flavor that is easier on digestion and completely free of commercial yeast. Clean, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
Brown rice flour, sorghum flour, certified gluten free oat flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, flax meal, whey, salt, water, and our naturally fermented gluten free sourdough starter.
