Each pastry is rolled, filled, sealed, baked, and glazed by hand for flaky layers and a soft, tender center. Made gluten free in our 100% dedicated commercial kitchen.

Pastry Dough: Steve’s cake flour (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, plant fibers), Plugrá European butter, sugar, milk, eggs, water, salt

Fillings:
Strawberry: strawberries, sugar, lemon juice
Blueberry: blueberries, sugar, lemon juice
Cinnamon Sugar: sugar, cinnamon
Nutella: hazelnuts, sugar, palm oil, cocoa, milk ingredients

Allergens: Contains milk and eggs. Contains hazelnuts in Nutella flavor.

❄️ Storage

Refrigerate to extend freshness or freeze for longer storage.
If not eating within three days, it is best to freeze.

🔥 Reheating

Oven or toaster oven
300-325°F for 3-5 minutes

Air fryer
300°F for 2-4 minutes

Do not microwave.
Pop-up toasters are not recommended for flaky pastry.

Because we bake everything fresh to order and never use preservatives, all preorders must be placed by 6 PM the day before pickup or delivery.
