🥯 Our bagels are boiled and baked the traditional way for that glossy chew and bouncy NYC-style interior with no grit, no crumble, and no weird texture. Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, deli lunches, pizza bagels, or simply toasted with your favorite dairy-free spread. They freeze beautifully and reheat like they were just baked! Baked fresh without eggs or dairy in our 100% dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen.

Please note: While dairy-free and egg-free, these are not strictly vegan due to the traditional certified gluten-free molasses used in our boiling solution. 🌾✨

📦 Ingredients

• Bagel Dough: Cold tap water, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, psyllium powder, golden flax meal, sugar, instant yeast, salt, apple cider vinegar. 🥖
• Boiling Solution: Water, certified gluten-free molasses, baking soda, sea salt. 🫧
• Toppings & Varieties:
  • Plain: none 🥯
  • Sesame: toasted sesame seeds 🌾
  • Everything: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, coarse sea salt 🧄🧅
  • Seasonal Blueberry: real dried blueberries mixed right into the dough 🫐
• No preservatives! No artificial flavors! No seed oils! 🙅‍♀️

• Contains: Sesame (Sesame and Everything varieties only. Plain and Blueberry bagels do not contain sesame). 🫘

🔥 Reheating Instructions

• Why Reheating From Frozen Is Best: These bagels actually reheat best straight from frozen! The steam released during heating perfectly restores their signature softness and bounce. 💨🥯
• From Frozen (Best Texture):
  • Oven or Toaster Oven: 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes ⏱️
  • Air Fryer: 325°F for 3 to 6 minutes 💨
  • Slice and toast afterward if desired! 🥪
• From Thawed: Slice and toast until warm and lightly crisp.
• ❌ Do not microwave! Keep it out of the microwave to protect that perfect authentic bagel chew.

❄️ Storage

• Freshness: Keeps at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. 🧊🛒
• Freezing Tip: These freeze beautifully for up to 3 months! For the cleanest cut, slice your bagels after thawing rather than freezing them pre-sliced. 🥶🔪

Because we bake everything fresh to order from scratch without preservatives, all order ahead requests must be placed by 6 PM the day before pickup or shipping.   • 🎯 How to Find Our Tent: There are two entrances to the market area: one on the end and one in the middle that features three stop signs. Enter through that middle entrance and turn left. We are located just a few tents down on the right side!
  • 💡 Insider Tip: Sometimes our tent gets hidden from view because our customer line blocks our main sign. Just keep an eye out for our signature yellow tablecloths! 🌟
