🥯 About These Bagels

Our bagels are boiled and baked the traditional way for that glossy chew and bouncy NYC-style interior with no grit, no crumble, and no weird texture.

Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, deli lunches, pizza bagels, or simply toasted with your favorite dairy-free spread. They freeze beautifully and reheat like they were just baked!

Available flavors: Plain • Sesame • Everything (Flavor availability and seasonal selections like Sesame or Blueberry may vary).

Baked fresh without eggs or dairy in our 100% dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen. Please note: While dairy-free and egg-free, these are not strictly vegan due to the traditional molasses used in our boiling solution.

📦 Ingredients

• Bagel Dough: Cold tap water, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, psyllium powder, golden flax meal, sugar, instant yeast, salt, apple cider vinegar
• Boiling Solution: Water, molasses, baking soda, sea salt
• Toppings: Plain (none) • Sesame (toasted sesame seeds ) • Everything (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, coarse sea salt)

No preservatives . No artificial flavors. No seed oils.

🔥 Reheating & ❄️ Storage

• Freshness: Keeps at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
• Freezing Tip: These freeze beautifully for up to 3 months! For the cleanest cut, slice your bagels after thawing rather than freezing them pre-sliced.
• Important Heating Note: These bagels actually reheat best straight from frozen! The steam released during heating perfectly restores their signature softness and bounce.

Heating Instructions:

• From Frozen (Best Texture): Warm in an oven or toaster oven at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or in an air fryer at 325°F for 3 to 6 minutes. Slice and toast afterward if desired.
• From Thawed: Slice and toast until warm and lightly crisp.

📍 Pickup & Availability

Because we bake everything fresh to order from scratch without preservatives, all order ahead requests must be placed by 6 PM the day before pickup or shipping. Please note that orders placed late in the evening may not be available for early morning pickup the following day to allow us the time needed to bake your items fresh! 🕒✨

• 🚀 Houston Delivery Runs & Regional Meetups: We coordinate regular custom drop-offs in Houston, as well as convenient meetup options in Austin, Georgetown, and surrounding areas by request.
