100% free from all animal products, dairy, eggs, and honey. This includes our Bagels, Artisan Sourdough Loaf, and Sourdough Starter.

Aside from our savory meat items, almost our entire menu is fully vegetarian! This includes all of our Baked Sweets & Breads (croissants, cinnamon rolls, brownies, bagels, pretzels, and standard sandwich loaves).

Our Beef Tallow:

For our fried items, we have done extensive research and proudly use premium Weston Price beef tallow to ensure the absolute best quality and texture. Because our donuts, cronuts, and standard apple turnovers are fried in beef tallow,

we do not have any vegetarian options for donuts

. However, you can always request your apple turnover baked to keep it vegetarian!

Sugar Notice:

We focus entirely on traditional, high-quality baking. Due to personal, severe allergies to some sugar substitutes, we use real, high-quality sugar that is

completely bone char-free

and never carry any sugar-free options.

Allergen Transparency:

We want to be fully upfront with our soy-sensitive community that we are not completely soy-free. Soy lecithin or soy ingredients are present in specific items we use, including our Callebaut chocolate, Glutino pretzels, and certain donut and cronut toppings. Additionally, while our eggs are naturally soy-free, we cannot guarantee that the chickens' feed was entirely soy-free.

Additionally, all baking soda and baking powder used in our bakery are strictly aluminum-free and corn-free.

While we work incredibly hard to accommodate as many people as possible, we completely understand that we may not fit every individual medical or dietary need. We kindly ask that you keep our communications positive; there is no need to send angry, mean, or the deeply disappointed in us messages if our menu isn't a match for you!
