We are currently Order Ahead Only for our kitchen! We bake fresh to order, so simply browse our menu and place your order right here on the website.

Kitchen Pickup (Wednesday to Saturday):

During checkout, you will choose your preferred pickup day and time. Just pull right up to our Round Rock kitchen to grab your treats! (Need a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday pickup? Just ask! We will always try to accommodate if our schedule allows).

The Georgetown Connection:

We are frequently in the Georgetown area. If you are up that way, please reach out! We can often coordinate a meet-up so you can get your goodies without making the drive down.

Since our items are fresh and weights vary, shipping is calculated after baking. Place your order online, write "For Shipping" in the comments, and we will contact you with the final cost. We ship on dry ice to ensure perfection!

The Protective Journey

To make our treats, our custom rice flour blends are mixed exclusively for us by the amazing team at Authentic Foods (authenticfoods.com). Please make sure you go to their official site as there are multiple copycats out there! They are a highly respected, 100% dedicated gluten free family owned business. While they do have some wonderful general baking blends available for the public to buy, our specific Blissful Buns proprietary blend is NOT available for purchase through them. They safely blend and pack our exclusive, top secret recipe just for us!

Once it is perfectly blended, the entire pallet gets sealed inside a giant, protective bubble! When it is loaded onto the delivery truck, our pallet is placed at the very front. Every single driver knows exactly how critical this is: that protective balloon CANNOT be popped.

If a shipment arrives at our Round Rock kitchen with even a tiny pinhole, we refuse to accept it. The drivers know the liability falls on them, so they protect it fiercely.
