💛 About Blissful Buns
Blissful Buns is a 100 percent dedicated gluten free bakery born from passion, teamwork, and a deep love of creating food that everyone can enjoy ~ safely and joyfully.
Owners Jason and Lori Land carried forward Austin’s gluten free legacy when Dream Bakery founder Karen Cross relocated to California to care for family. They purchased the recipes and thoughtfully rebuilt the bakery using cleaner ingredients, bringing better flavor that’s gentler on sensitive tummies.
Jason, a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, leads the kitchen with skill and creativity ~ crafting buttery, flaky pastries and hearty breads that prove gluten free can be every bit as indulgent.
Together, everything is baked from scratch, in small batches, using premium ingredients ~ no gluten, no seed oils, no preservatives. Just honest, crave worthy food made with care.
