These are tender, buttery, and shockingly gluten free when baked properly. No grit, no crumble, and no weird dry texture.
Important: Thaw completely before baking. Also, please watch your timing during the thaw! Do not let them proof too long at room temperature. Over-proofing can cause the dough to lose its structure and fall flat in the oven.

š„ Baking Instructions Thaw First for Best Results Do not bake from frozen.
Oven ā¢ Thaw until soft and no longer icy (watch that proofing time!) ā¢ Preheat oven to 400 to 425Ā°F ā¢ Place on parchment lined tray ā¢ Bake 12 to 16 minutes until golden ā¢ Optional: brush with melted butter after baking
Dumpling Tip: Thaw, cut each biscuit into quarters, and drop gently into simmering broth.
āļø Storage Keep frozen until ready to thaw and bake. Best texture within 1 to 2 months. After baking, refrigerate or freeze leftovers. If not eating within three days after baking, it is best to freeze.
