🍞 Try our new recipe today! We took out the psyllium husk, which resulted in a fluffy, real bread. It is no longer a heavy log it is light, fresh, and fluffy! It tastes like, because it is, real challah! Soft, tend er, slightly sweet, and beautifully hand braided, this is the challah that makes people do a double take. It pulls apar t beautifully and has that rich, satisfying texture people miss in gluten-free breads. Baked fresh in our 10 0% dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen. 🌾✨

📦 Ingredients

Challah Loaf: Gluten-free flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, plant fiber including cellulose, emulsifier blend, sunflower lecithin), eggs, sugar, salt, water, pure vanilla extract, yeast. 🥚

🔥 Reheating Instructions

⚠️ Important Thawing Note: Always let your slice or full loaf thaw completely at room temperature before heating. Heating directly from frozen can negatively change the delicate gluten-free texture, making it gummy! 🛑

• For a Slice (Once Fully Thawed): Toast gently or warm in a toaster oven at 300°F for 2 to 3 minutes until soft. ⏱️
• For a Full Loaf (Once Fully Thawed): Wrap loosely in foil and warm in the oven at 300°F for 5 to 8 minutes to perfectly rest ore that signature fresh, pull-apart texture. 🌡️ ❌ Do not microwave!

• Freshness: Keeps at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days. 🛒
• Freezing Tip: We highly recommend slicing your loaf before freezing so you can easily pull out exactly what you need! 🥶🔪

Exact Location: We are located at the back side of the Barton Creek Square M all parking lot overlooking the city, right at the intersection of Mopac (Loop 1) and Loop 360. 🎪

• 🎯 How to Find Our Tent: There are two entrances to the market area: one on the end and one in the middle that features three stop signs . Enter through that middle entrance and turn left. We are located just a few tents down on the right side!
• 💡 Insider T ip: Sometimes our tent gets hidden from view because our customer line blocks our main sign. Just keep an eye out for our signature yellow tablecloths! 🌟 Ordering ahead is highly recommended to lock in your items!
