🍞 About These Dinner Rolls

Soft, buttery, and incredibly tender dinner rolls, fully baked and ready to warm and serve! They are absolute perfection for holiday meals, family dinners, potlucks, or anytime you want warm, fresh-baked rolls without all the heavy lifting.

Each pan includes 8 scratch-made rolls baked with premium Plugrá European butter, clean ingredients, and zero seed oils. They are shockingly fluffy and completely gluten-free! 🥯✨

📦 Ingredients

Authentic Foods Steve’s Non-GMO Gluten-Free Bread Flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, vegetable fiber including cellulose and psyllium, millet, sugar, salt, yeast, emulsifier blend, sunflower lecithin, ascorbic acid), milk, water, eg gs, Plugrá European butter, sugar, salt.

No seed oils. No artificial flavors. No preserva tives.

🔥 Reheating & ❄️ Storage

• Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. If you aren't planning to eat them within 3 days, freezing right away gives the absolute best long-term texture! 🧊
• Important Heating Note: Gentle heat gives the best texture! Always thaw frozen rolls completely at room temperature before reheating to lock in that perfect, pillowy softness.

Warming Instructions (Once Fully Thawed):

• Oven or Toaster Oven (Best Results): Preheat your oven to 350°F. Leave the rolls right in their pan (or place them in a baking dish) and warm for 10 to 15 minutes. Check them a little early if your oven runs hot! 🥧 Optional Pro Tip: Brush the tops with a little melted butter right after warming for total bliss. 🧈
• Air Fryer: Warm at 325°F for 4 to 7 minutes. Tent lightly with foil if they start browning too fast.
• Microwave (Last Resort): For 1 roll, heat for 10 to 12 seconds. For multiple rolls, heat for 15 to 25 seconds and enjoy immediately.

Because we bake everything fresh to order from scratch without preservatives, all order ahead requests must be placed by 6 PM the day before pickup or shipping. Please note that orders placed late in the evening may not be available for early morning pickup the following day to allow us the time needed to bake your items fresh! 🕒✨
