This is definitely was a blissful bun! It had a delightfully fluffy texture and amazing chew — I couldn’t believe it was gluten-free. I may have cried a little. The pecan bourbon sticky part was *chef’s kiss* buttery, sweet but not too sweet, and balanced by the nuttiness from the pecans. My version of heaven has these readily available.
